Shipping policy

Shipping

Made-to-order

Some of our pieces are cut and sewn after you place the order. These items take 3–7 business days in our atelier before they ship. The exact lead time appears on the product page if applicable.

Indonesia

  • Carrier: JNE or J&T Express, tracked.
  • Transit: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International

  • Carrier: Pos Indonesia (Express Mail) or DHL Express depending on destination.
  • Transit: 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Rates calculated at checkout. Tracking provided.

Customs & duties

For international orders, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or fees by your country's customs office. These are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel due to customs charges means the order is treated as a return at your cost.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 10 days of placing the order, write to bykeikei@outlook.com.

Lost or delayed parcels

Most delays we see are at customs in the destination country, not with the carrier. If your parcel is stuck for more than 30 days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the courier.

Holidays

The atelier closes for Nyepi (Balinese day of silence), Galungan, and Idul Fitri. Orders placed near these dates may take a few extra days to ship — we'll always notify you.
